Emotional Freedom, Spiritual Cleansing
and Achieve True Forgiveness!
The Traditional Hawaiian Healing Practice to Resolve Conflicts and Cleanse the Mind to Achieve True Forgiveness!
Your quality of life and health depend on the quality of your thoughts, and your sense of living on your line of truth. Ho'oponopono frees the mind to let the body heal, to restore relationships, and to rediscover how to be a genuinely happy, loving person again.
How many times have you tried to let it go? Those emotional pōhaku (stones) that we carry can hold each one of us back from being free to move forward. They weigh us down and burden our mind. They hold us in cycling patterns of regret, depression, anger, worry, fear, and more. They stop us from having rich and deeply meaningful relationships.
The kupuna (elders) of Hawaii knew that these emotional holdings were a serious detriment to living in harmony with each other, with the land, and with the Divine. When conflict arises, it is critical to find resolution to brings all back to wholeness or the whole community suffers.
Ho'oponopono means "to make it right". It is finding peace in your relationship with yourself. It is finding peace and integrity between you and your relationship with your world. It is standing on the line of truth between you and your God.
What is weighing on your mind? Is there a relationship that is painful? Do you have regrets for things you did or things you didn't do? Do you want freedom to finally clear these things once and for all?
This work is sacred. It requires looking inward with honest eyes. It means looking to find those parts of you that you don't like and bringing them to the light where you can see them clearly. You can see and know what they really are. You can discover what you need to do "make things right."
My kumu described the process this way:
"Hoʻoponopono is a traditional Hawaiian healing practice of conflict resolution & mental cleansing through discussion, examination, confession, repentance, mutual restitution, forgiveness and forgetting, as well as prayer. This process has been used for generations to make right in relationships and remove mental obstructions with unconditional love. Many a time our mind justifies why we are not living in truth. In a Hoʻoponopono session we resolve where we have stepped outside the line of truth - in thinking; in intention; in action. We explore why there is unhappiness in the clients life, by extracting the baggage and releasing it. This process helps us to become free and clear Aligning our mind, body and spirit."
Sessions are approximately 2 hours, although the timings can vary longer or shorter based on the uniqueness of your process. If possible, we recommend that sessions happen face-to-face in office, but if you cannot be in the Raleigh, NC area for a session, we can meet via an online video chat service.
The session is considered sacred, and therefore, the privacy of what is shared during the session is held in absolute confidentiality. The practitioner is not a psychologist or therapist, but rather a coach or guide to help you move through your own process to True Forgiveness.
As the session begins, you will be asked three questions:
1. Do you believe in a higher power? Specific religion or faith does not matter to the ho'oponopono session, but the understanding that there is something, or some force that is larger than you is essential.
2. Are you doing this for you or for someone else? Did you get pressured into the decision to participate, or are you participating because you want to?
3. Are you willing to resolve this today? Ho'oponopono is about bringing a situation to a positive completion. If you are whole, and if all involved are "whole", and the problem is resolved, the circumstances that inspired the session should not need to be raised again.
Each session's cost is $200.00. If money is the only obstacle, talk with me about your circumstances. There are always options.
