Simply put... we want you to be happy with your purchases! You are important to us, and we want to treat you with the respect you deserve. If there is an issue, please let us know right away, and let us do our best to fix it for you.
Defective products will be happily exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Because most of our products are "information products", we cannot offer refunds.
Please contact us as quickly as possible for return instructions so we can resolve it for you.
* If you need to reschedule your appointment, I appreciate 24 hour notice but ask for at least 12 hours notice.
* If you cancel or reschedule less than 12 hours prior to your scheduled time, it will result in a $25 cancellation fee.
* If you cancel or reschedule less than 5 hours prior to your scheduled time, it will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
* Cancellation or rescheduling within 1 hour or your appointment or failure to show will require full payment.
